By using Decoded Chat ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Decoded Chat analyzes chat conversations using artificial intelligence to provide communication insights, personality assessments, and relationship analysis. The app is for entertainment and informational purposes.

2. Not Professional Advice

Decoded Chat is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or psychological advice. AI-generated analyses are based on text patterns and should not be used as the sole basis for relationship decisions. If you need professional help, please consult a licensed therapist or counselor.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the right to share any conversations you upload. Ensure you have consent from all parties in the conversation, or that sharing is permitted under your local laws.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for how you use the analysis results.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Subscription Plans

• Single Analysis: $3.99 — unlock one Deep Psychology Report
• Weekly Unlimited: $9.99/week — unlimited Deep Psychology Reports

6. AI Analysis

• AI analyses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
• Results are probabilistic assessments, not definitive truths.
• The same conversation may produce slightly different results on re-analysis.
• We continuously improve our AI models, which may affect results over time.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, features, and content are owned by Kairos Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Decoded Chat is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI analysis results. Use the app at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
